Windows 11 My PC Won't Boot Up Unless Windows Boot Manager Is Option #1 Instead Of My C: Drive (Which Is What I Want)

I recently had to do a complete reinstall of windows using a USB. Everything else is fine, but when I tried to play Valorant it needs to boot from Safe Mode (As always). I cannot turn on safe mode and use Windows UEFI It won't boot up. My idea is that if I can boot it up from my C: drive this issue is fixed. But my main issue is that I am unable to boot up my computer unless I boot it up with Windows Boot Manager as Boot Option #1. Anyone know a fix to this where I can boot my pc up with My C: Drive as Boot Option #1? MB : Asus ROG STRIX B550-F GAMING WIFI IIC: Drive - SSD LEXAR 500gb
