Windows 11 My pen keeps on scrolling instead of drawing

I have recently updated from Windows 10 to 11, and before this, my pen has been fine but after the update, my pen has been doing the following on Clip Studio Paint:When hovered over the canvas, it zooms inWhen hovered over the paint selection, it scrolls through itWhen I click on it, it will turn to the eyedrop tool, and from a black pen will go to gray before becoming just whiteIn any app, when I hover over it, it just pans or scrolls upwards/toward the leftIf it can help, I use a Wacom Intuos Pro PTH-600 and have updated the drivers as well.I have done some CSP advice (changing preference an
