Windows 11 My personal subscription has expired and have been added to a family subscription. I have no access to Office 365. How do I activate office in the fam

My subscription expired. I had been added to a family subscription before it expired. I expected it to roll over into the family subscription. I can see my profile in the family subscription but I have no access to Office 365. When I go to packages and subriptions in my account it offers me a new subscription package. When I follow other prompts like signing into Office 365 it keeps going back to setting up Office. I left it running overnight it still didn't finish.
