Windows 10 My phone keeps asking for phonelink connection, but I don't have any windows access to do this - how do I stop it appearing on my phone?

I am trying to access a download on my phone, but it keeps asking for me to go on phonelink on a pc device? I don't want to do this or have access to a device to do it. How can I stop this? Its urgent
