Windows 11 My Phone Link doesn't like to send group texts.

I have Windows 11 Home on a fairly new Dell laptop with the Windows Phone Link app, and Messages on my Galaxy Z Flip cell phone. All software is up to date. I use Phone Link all the time and it usually works fine. Every now and then, I try to send to two people in a group text and get a "Your Message Can Not Be Sent" error message. Usually, when this happens I find my phone won;t let me send the message either. In the recent past, I've successfully sent a group text to these same two people. And I can send the same message to each of these two people separately successfully. So what's u
