Windows 11 My Pin Box doesn’t show up and i have no advanced options in recovery menu

I recently tried to download a GTA V mod menu and doing so i accidentally downloaded some sort of virus that force installed a chrome extension to my computer that I couldn’t remove. I eventually found a way to remove it through Registry Editor but as I was doing so I realized there was a user that I didn’t recognize called Unknown(S-1-15…) and when instructed not to do so, i accidentally removed said user. After doing so it seemed to have reset my Windows settings as my taskbar was reset with icons removing and my desktop was missing stuff too. It also signed me out of Xbox app, Microsoft Sto
