Windows 11 My pin is stuck, it tells me to wait 2 hours but nothing is happening, and I tried everything!! even a reset

this is what I tried : reset, wait 2 hours, repair, nothing is working.What happened to the other sign on function!! So frustrated with this window 11I cant get in my own computer!! its crazy
