Windows 11 My profile is incorrectly displayed in some applications.

I have a Microsoft account I use to login to a suppliers Sharepoint system. Under my profile my name is correct as Don. But when I sign into the suppliers Sharepoint my name is displayed as Brian. Brian is a former employee that probably used my account years ago to attend a Sykpe meeting . Also when another supplier that uses office 365 email sends me an email it displays Brian as my name with email for Don. I went through all the profile settings but only see Don along with my profile picture. I don't see Brian any place that I can correct.
