I am having the same issue as in this post: Redirecting I am on the latest version of Windows 11 and I am unable to follow the steps to delete the contents of C:\Program Data\Microsoft\Windows Defender\Scans\History\Service I get an access denied message even when accessing as an administrator through command prompt. Additionally I cannot carry out the step to stop and restart Real-Time Protection when I click the toggle button to turn of it flic
