Windows 11 My Quick Access pins are sometimes automatically unpinned

My Quick Access pins have a track record of completely resetting themselves. It's happened maybe three or four times over the past quarter. It has only begun happening recently, I have no idea what might be causing the issue, or, for that matter, how to stop it.
