Windows 10 My RAW external hard drive is freezing my computer when I try to fix it?

Hello, my computer is freezing whenever I connect it to my PC.With whatever I do, everything just freezes, even the explorer.exe as well. IT WOULDN'T STOP and I have tried using a different device, a laptop, it didn't work. The format of the external hard drive was a RAW format, and it would not let me fix my hard drive or anything.It is a Seagate 500GB SRD00F1.
