Windows 11 My resolution dropped on my analog crt after upgrading to windows 11

I recently purchased a gtx960 for analog video out on my NEC C700 crt monitor. Starting off on windows 10, I was getting a resolution of 2400x1800 at 85hz. I was eager to try the new feature of gpu pass-through on windows 11, so I upgraded. All was fine until I saw that I'm only getting 65hz at the same resolution now. If I try to push it any further, I get an out of range error on my crt monitor. I'm not sure how this was working way better in windows 10. Is there something I'm missing? I might have to roll back my os and that's going to be a pain 😢 please help!
