Windows 10 my resolution dropped to 1024x768 and i cant change it back to 1980x1080

my monitors were working just fine and i booted up my computer the next day and the resolution dropped from 1980x1080 to 1024x768 and i cant change it in windows. ive tried almost everything and i cant seem to fix it.
