Windows 10 my runmus headset is so loud

I recently got a new headset from Runmus. its version is x11 7.1 and at 1 volume it can get very loud! Can someone please help me i got a windows 10 i've tried to go to "sounds" (right clicking volume button to go to sounds) and go to playback but can't quite figure it out!also i am using intel cpu with amd gpu.
