Windows 11 My safe search is locked on browsers and windows settings, and it's managed by an organization, how do I disable this so I have control again

Hi, in regards to this issue, I've been trying to figure out ways to disable the safe search on my computer, which is locked on strict. I've tried changing my browser from Microsoft Bing, to Microsoft edge, to Google, and to Duck Duck Go, all of these browsers have the same thing, a strict safe search with no option to turn it off. Then also when I try to click into certain links, it forces me to send a request to a family group administrator, which I previouslyleft another family group I didn't know I was apart of until yesterday.
