Windows 10 My school accound got restricted because "i tried to enter too many times with a wrong password".

Hi, i have an issue:My account (that mind you, i've been using for 4 years) was desynchronized (synchronization error) from the microsoft email app in windows...Obviously to fix this i clicked to resynchronize the account putting my name dot surname and the rest of the mail, after clicking enter it said the name and surname weren't right as i had to only put the name dot surname, so it worked and i got redirected to put the password now... After sending in the what i think was the correct password it said that my account had been blocked either by trying too many wrong passwords (only used one
