Windows 11 my screen is flickering (black and white and random textures) win 10 to win 11 to win 10 again. how can i fix it? send help please?

Hello, I have a concern, my laptop just notified me that I can now update my software to windows 11, so I did, but after 4 days, I have noticed that my laptop just randomly flicks then I remembered that one of my relatives also had problem with windows 11 that ended up fixing her laptop to a technician that costs her a lot of money. So, I thought that I can downgrade again to windows 10 to avoid those problems but it's still flicks. May I ask for some help. I just need to figure out what the problem was that my screen keeps flickering despite downgrading to windows 10 again.I really need your
