Windows 11 My Screen is flickering when Connecting USB after the latest windows Update

I'm not sure why this keeps on happening and I tried to fix it and clean reinstalling windows just to find it again and again.I already reinstalling every driver after the clean reinstall. This is so frustratingly for me.I tried the setting from accessibility>audio too and it is already set to 'never' and now I'm stuck what with what is happening.If I do the system restore, it will just reupdate again.
