Windows 11 my screen turned light purple with a pink boarder is someone messing with me or is it a virus please help..why is it doing this? how can i fix it? Can

well i just asked my question above so thats it i quess except that my BitDefender is acting wierd it keeps wanting me to open my vault before i go into any pages is this normal and it bugs me all the time for all my pass words i thought i was the password manager it should have had them after day one why keep bugging me interrupting me when i'm doing things to sign into my vault. for what??is this normal ?? but my original question is do you know why my computer screen turned purple with a pink boarder, is it someone messing with me?? is it a virus what is it and how can it be fixed and can i
