Windows 10 My second monitor is flickering constantly after update to the latest driver

For context of the problem, below are my latest laptop settingsOS Name: Microsoft Windows 10 Pro OS Version: 10.0.19045 N/A Build 19045 My laptop model is X1 Carbon 1st Gen (Type 34xx) Laptop (ThinkPad) - Type 3443. I am using a mini display port dongle to project to the second monitor. The dongle is brand new. My graphic driver is Intel HD Graphics 4000 10.18.10.5161. How do i solve this flickering problems? I already tried clean installation of the driver and also tried to use the previous version of the graphic driver. Still the same. Thank you in advance
