Windows 11 My storage is filling up by itself when i leave it alone.

So Basically i have an HP laptop running Windows 11 but when i don't use it, it fills the storage by itself, i tried using Disk Cleanup and it just removes a bit, help me anyone cuz i dont install alot of apps or other, i want that thing erased.
