Windows 11 My surface laptop will only enter open networks. I have the correct password for a secure network but all I get is message saying unable to enter net

My surface laptop will only allow me to enter open wi fi networks. Whenever I have to enter a password then I cannot enter the network. There are many other users on the secure network so I know I am using the correct password but the surface laptop will not allow me to access the internet.

Windows 11 My laptop cant find networks after i leave it on. When i click network settings it usually freezes. Re-installing makes no difference.
