Windows 11 My system snapshots folder takes up 15gb. Is that normal? and if not, is it safe to delete? I'm running low on space

I know about enough about computers that a snapshot is a backup of my current system and its settings and preferences and stuff. but not more than that.According to task master, my windows security scanner flares up a bit too often for my liking too, but im not sure what i can do about that. I might have a virus but i havent had time to properly do something about thatanyway if you could tell me if i can safely flush the snapshots folder or not, id appreciate it.
