Windows 11 My task bar on the bottom of my laptop wont allow me to click on it and it wont go away how do i fix it?

My taskbar on the bottom of my laptop won't allow me to click on it and it won't go away how do I fix it? I have tried clicking on it and it won't work it is glitching or something like it would allow me to click any of the apps on it.
