Windows 10 My Think Pad came with Window 10 Pro, I have the Key. I put Windows 7 Pro on it at the time. How do I go back to Window 10 Pro?

5 years ago my Think Pad came with Window 10 Pro, I have the Key. I put Windows 7 Pro on it at the time. How do I go back to Window 10 Pro to stay current?
