Windows 11 My touchpad buttons are behaving oddly -- they only click/select, but literally nothing else.

I got a new laptop recently (It runs on the Windows 11 operating system), and essentially the touchpad buttons behave weirdly. Left-clicking and right-clicking both do the exact same thing -- they just click. I can open and close tabs, select/open apps, etc, however, the buttons don't allow me to double-click, right-click, click and drag, or highlight text, etc, and I can't even use them to select and drag the files and apps on my desktop. They just allow me to open/close/choose/select things. I have made steps to amend this problem. I played around with the touchpad settings, even the
