Windows 10 My touchpad is going unrecognized by windows 10 pro N edition. I have already tried the driver. Thanks in advance. Any help will be appreciated.

My touchpad on my Asus laptop is not getting picked up by windows. I have tried reinstalling the driver. It's hard to navigate the operating system with the keyboard only. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
