Windows 11 My touchpad only works when I tap it- It won't work when I press to click.

The touchpad exclusively works when I right click or tap to use it. I'm using an Acer Aspire Vero and the touchpad randomly quit working. The drivers are up to date and I've reinstalled them 2 times. Is this something I can fix on my own or would I have to take it to a repair shop?
