Windows 11 My trusty laptop's random shutting off issue. How do I fix it?

Hi, I have an Packard Bell Celeron 11, which has an on and off issue. If you were to fully charge it, at around 20%-30% it would just randomly shut off and not turn on unless you insert it to the charger, remove it and insert it again. If you were to take it off the charger just after turning on, it would turn off and would need you to repeat the same steps again. I barely even get to experience my laptop at 10%. What could be the problem and how can I solve it?
