Windows 10 My usb boot device doesn't show up in uefi.

I flashed TrueNAS onto a flash drive (with balena), but it doesn't show up when i go into uefi (shift-restart). When i go into my BIOS settings it is visible as a possible boot device and in disc management (windows) the drive is there. What am I doing wrong?I have a Gigabyte motherboard.
