Windows 11 My USB works fine on a Windows 10 computer, but does not show up in File Exploer on a Windows 11 computer

I have a Kingston USB 2.0, which works properly on a Windows 10 computer (shows up in File explorer, can edit...etc). However, when I plug it into a Windows 11 computer, it does not show up in File Explorer, but does appear in Device Manager and Disk Manager. I have done all of the steps from:deleting and reinstalling the drivesensuring Windows 11 is up to datepower management settingsRoot Hub propertiesRun SFC and DISM ScanYes, all of the Windows 11 ports work with other usb, including other Kingston 2.0 usb.In addition, when in Disk Manager, I am unable to assign a letter to the USB.
