Windows 11 My wifi keeps disconnecting every few seconds and I’ve tried everything I seen online and nothing works

So this all started yesterday, I went to play a different game after closing another one and then all of a sudden my internet stopped working and I have no idea why, I’ve tried all the tips I see online and nothing, I’ve tried troubleshooting, which doesn’t give me anything helpful, I’ve tried network reset, nothing. The wifi will not reconnect at all and I can’t use anything on my computer, I can’t even reinstall the network adapter drivers or update windows, I don’t know much about computers so bare with me, and I’ve only had this pc for a few months.
