Windows 11 My wifi networks don’t show up when I click on the taskbar and it tells me my ethernet cable isn’t plugged in

On the taskbar, when I click the wifi icon it doesn’t show any networks for me to connect to, so I press the Network & Internet settings. I press Get Help and it tells me that my Ethernet cable isn’t plugged in but I have never had an ethernet cable connected to my PC? Why is it suddenly saying I need to plug in ethernet in order to have internet? Also, the rest of my family’s devices are working perfectly fine and don’t have any issues, its just my computer. What do I do?
