Windows 11 My Window 11 Asus Tuf is not detecting my Dell E1910 Monitor using HDMI to VGI cable.

I have a Dell E1910 Monitor which has a VGI port. I want to connect it with my Asus Tuf A15 Windows 11 laptop which has only hdmi port. i try to use a vgi to hdmi cable, but my laptop is not detecting that monitor. I have already update my AMD radeon graphic & gtx 1650 drivers. Inside device manager , inside Monitors, it is showing Generic Monitor (MacroSilicon). I tried to update its driver automatically , but it also didn't work. I tried to lower to screen resolution &frequency, but it also didn't work. please helpWhen i connected the same monitor with hp windows 10 laptop using sam
