Windows 11 My window 11 needs a Pin when I had a password

I've set a password for my laptop and now it's asking me for a pin I've never had it and when I try to get a code via my alternative email but Microsoft isn't sending me anything. I've been trying for days now and I can't reset to wipe my data. Please at least send me a email with the code.
