Windows 10 My window won't switch tomy other monitor when i drag it. How do I fix this?

I have a dual-monitor setup. When I try to drag a window from one to the other. the window stops on the side and assumes that I want to fill half my screen with the window. If I don't want it to do this I have to drag the window super fast to avoid it getting caught on the side. How can I fix this? I've never had this issue in the past and it only started today.
