Windows 10 my windows 10 boot manager is missing but my drive shows in bios. Lenovo boot manager comes up and only lists PXI

Does anyone know how I can get to the Microsoft Boot Manager? When I turn on my Lenovo Thinkpad it goes to a Lenovo Boot Menu. It only shows PXI. I have checked my Bios and my correct boot device is listed. I have tried moving it to the top of the boot order even before USB or CD/DVD but my machine still goes to Lenovo boot menu and only shows PXI.
