Windows 10 My Windows 10 computer has been plagued with issues where it won't install updates or new versions of Windows. Please help!

For a while now my computer has been having a number of issues where it just won't seem to install new updates. I have tried a number of fixes, including installing a new version of Windows, using SFC and DSIM to repair the problems and trying to do a full system reset altogether (which naturally fails). I would really appreciate any support with this as I am getting to the end of my tether. The PC runs a Windows 10 Pro license, version 1909. The iOS build is 18363.592.Whenever I try to install Windows updates, they seem to fail. All of the feature updates (22H2, 22H1, 21H2, 20H2) have failed,
