My laptop has been freezing for the last few months. At first, it was sporadic; but it became more frequent as time moved on. Now, it freezes when I try to open an application, especially web browsers like Microsoft Edge and Firefox. I have to wait at least a few minutes for it to become normal. Even when it's functioning perfectly, a web page will sometimes take a longer time to load than it's supposed to. When I try to click on something while it's frozen, nothing happens.
