Windows 10 My windows 10 laptop is not turning on. It shows getting windows ready. Don't turn off the computer and then restarts. It's stuck in this loop.

It happened after I clicked on restart now after installing windows update. I tried everything in advance options menu but everything fails. I cannot even start into safe mode and resetting not works.
