After resetting my PC due to BSOD Error, Window’s login screen failed to appear. I tried using Ctrl-Alt-Delete with no effect. Tried scrolling the screen upwards but then a new screen appeared.Next, I booted in SAFE MODE but it didn’t help. I later signed in with my Windows password to be able to use the Command Prompt.
