Windows 10 My Windows 10 PC has the July updates and has been on since before the CrowdStrike event. Is it safe to restart?

I searched the entire Windows folder for "crowd" and get no hits. Would I have done something explicit to install it, or has it become a part of Windows?My PC is a Windows 10 personal stand-alone, and I am not connected to any corporate networks. I use Microsoft 365 personal and not Azure.
