Windows 10 My windows 10 pc has this weird problem and I can't seem to find any article trying to fix it. I need help.

What is the problem: My computer started to have a tendency where randomly after 30 minutes after start-up or presumably use of a full-screen application (not quite sure, but that seems to recreate the problem at hand). When escaping or ALT + ESC out of the program, my computer becomes fixated on one specific window/program running on my PC. I cannot click off of it. I can't click other subprograms like the windows search bar or the CTRL + A menu for example. I can only temporarily fix it that lasts for less than 30 minutes at the longest amount of time.
