Windows 10 My windows 10 startup screen is not accepting my 4 digit pin. ( I did not change it.)

I clicked on the "I forgot my pin" link. The screen refreshed with only the name and the pin field. It did not have the "I forgot my pin" or "Sign in options" links so I cannot access my computer.
