Windows 10 My Windows 10 tablet will not boot

Okay I went to turn on my Windows tablet and I get a bunch of yellow and black script says EFI shell version 2.70 parentheses 5.13 current running mode 1.112 device mapping table and all the way down to the bottom it says block device and I'm getting a shell prompt how do I fix this
