I have a Silicon Power external 1TB HHD, a Silicon Power external 2TB SSD, and a Skilcraft external 1TB SSD (actually just a branded case enclosing a Western Digital Blue internal SSD). My two SSDs power on when I plug them in but are not recognized in file explorer or Disk Management. They are recognized in Device Manager but reflect no drivers are installed for the device. If I disable the devices in device manager, then restart the computer, then enable the devices again, they usually work completely normal until I unplug them again.
