Windows 11 My windows 11 desktop PC randomly powers up when turned off, is this a problem?

When my PC is off, I have noticed at random intervals it starts itself and boots to my login screen.I don't know if this is a fault with my computer, or if there is a specific reason for this happening, it concerns me that there might be a risk to my data! How and what can I check to understand why this is happening?
