Windows 10 My windows 11 high definition audio controller is not working and there is no sound even if I have my speakers plugged in.

My high definition audio controller is not working in windows 11 on device manager and I have no sound on my PC even if my speakers are plugged in and When I clicked on the audio button it says no audio device is installed and I have tried troubleshooting it and it failed and I have tried restarting windows audio on windows service's but it failed so I don't know what to do please help me.
