Windows 11 My Windows 11 laptop displays a BSOD when i try to reset it.

I have a Windows 11 Geobook that i need to factory reset as i am selling it (it has recently been bought) and when i try to reset it it just shows a blue screen of death and it does not reset my computer. the computer restarts and when i log it it shows a message quoting "we could not reset your PC, no changes were made). i have removed all usb's from the computer as i thought that was the issue but it still isnt resetting. the stop code is "DRIVER VERIFIER DMA VIOLATION". please help me this is urgent
