Windows 11 My windows computer makes me put in a pin when ever I try to download something, and I need HELP!

Hey I was wandering if there is a way to disabled putting in a pin number for windows 11, I have to put one in as I download a game or an app. I've already tried to disable pins but it just removes the sign in, and I also tried switching accounts but that didn't work either. Thank you to those who help me
